Treatment of the Month ~ Every month you will be able to claim 10% discount on the price of the highlighted treatment.

Morning Meditation ~ Every Tuesday 10.30 - 11.15am. Begin your week with a moment of calm and focus. Learn and practise basic meditation techniques in a friendly atmosphere. It is an 8 week rolling programme and you are welcome to join at any point. £6 per person
Chrysalis Mum's Club~ Every Thursday 10am-12noon. This group is for women at any stage of pregnancy and new mums. Take time out for a bit of pampering ~ you deserve it! Come and relax, have a coffee, get any health advice, try out different therapies for those aches and pains & chat with other mums. £5 per person.
Friday Chill-Out Zone ~ Every Friday 4.30pm -6pm . Your chance to escape the ratrace and unwind over a tea/coffee, chat with friends, relax and try out a treatment with a taster session. There will be a meditation space every week for about 30 minutes towards the end of the time so you can learn to leave the stressful world behind you - skills you can take and use anywhere! £5 per person.
LX & Therapy Parties ~ Whatever size your event might be, I can provide therapies for any occasion. Perhaps a girly get-together, hen party, birthday, spa weekend, anniversary... the possibilties are endless! Events can be during the day or evenings, at your house or another venue. An LX Party is the ultimate elemental experience. Combining therapies and psychic gifts, you can chose from aromatherapy, reiki, reflexology and card readings. Packages start from £20 per person. Look out for an LX party near you or why not arrange your own! Call me to discuss your ideas .
Educational Workshops ~ Regular workshops to learn how to use and blend aromatherapy oils, simple massage workshops and workshops on using complementary therapy for seasonal health problems. Workshops are 90 minutes, costing £15 per person. I am available to give talks and demonstrations to groups, participatory seminars for conferences and regularly attend /exhibit at networking events.
Sports Support ~ I am currently "The Players Choice" for the first team at Worthing Football Club working with the players on stress management and injury management /prevention.
