Promoting well being and personal welfare, the Chrysalis philosophy is to treat the whole person using complementary therapies to support and assist general medicine and encourage you to retake control over your well being for a fulfilled, joyous life.

Regaining health and well being is like a journey, with many twists and turns. If you will allow me, I will travel with you, at times in front leading and guiding & at others, behind you but always encouraging and supporting you.

You can access a range of services and products including individual treatments, educational courses and workshops, workplace health initiatives and healthcare products.

Clinics are held in Emsworth, Arundel and East Preston. I offer a home treatment service for people with restricted mobility or are unable to travel to the clinics.

Hello, I’m Rachel Spotswoode, owner of Chrysalis Complementary Therapy. Through providing and developing the Chrysalis service and products I share with you my passion, interest and knowledge in wellbeing for a healthy and joyous life.

I have over 15 years experience in health promotion combined with extensive knowledge of both general and complementary medicine. I am a qualified Nurse, Advanced Aromatherapist and Reflexologist, Herbalist, Nutritionist and an accomplished musician!

I ensure the Chrysalis team share my passion and ability to deliver the best quality complementary therapy treatments, products and services.
