Sat 20th ~ 1.30-4.30pm OPEN EVENT - "Stop Smoking" & Cancer Awareness. Talks at 2.00pm - Hypnotherapy and habit cessation (Neda Vojdani) and 3.00pm - Lung Cancer (Mark Stevens). Mini-treatments available all afternoon and the team will be on hand to answer any questions. Refreshments available

Tues 23rd ~ 6.00-10.00pm. Drawing and Painting Angelic Landscapes with Justine. Using a tranquil theme to explore your own creative ability whilst listening to your body and using relaxation techniques to promote release of tension, learning how to your emotions can be explored through art.

Thurs 25th ~ 7.30-10.00pm Get Connected Health Professionals Network Meeting. Social and business support for therapists and health businesses. Social networking evening!

Fri 26th ~ 6.00-10.00pm Drawing Dolphins Course with Justine. Using the theme of dolphins to explore your creative potential, listening to your body and learning to focus and still the mind.

Sat 27th ~ 11.00am-12.30pm Deep Relaxation Group. Guided Relaxation, meditation and more as part of a small group. Limited places so please pre-book. £10

Sun 28th ~ 10.00am-5.00pm. Drawing and Painting Dragons with Justine. Explore the theme of dragons, using focusing and meditation techniques to allow your natural artistic ability to flourish.
